"Worlds of Music" presents the traditional and contemporary sounds that could be found anywhere in the world. On the program one may hear anything from anonymously recorded chants or work songs of an isolated or bygone culture on to trip-hop or club sounds by urban expatriates where cultural boundaries are fuzzy. This program focused on similar instruments used to make music from different traditions. There is a theme of the accordion in the Latin traditions of North America, Scandivia and in Italy. There is also a theme of brass instruments in the Balkans contrasted with Taha's use in 'Ida' and Toyko No. 1 Soul Set's Hip-Hop/House performance.
